About our story

Paw Tee Shop began as a dream that never really went away.

Hi, I’m Brenda—the heart behind the shop. I’m 72 years old, and for as long as I can remember, animals have been a huge part of my life. I’ve had cats since I was five, dogs since I was ten, and over the years, just about every kind of pet you can imagine. From guinea pigs and birds to frogs, mice, and even a rescued white rat from a high school biology class—I’ve always found my way to animals that needed a little extra care.

At one point, I had nine cats at the same time. My husband and I have rescued countless stray cats and dogs over the years, and even today, I care for a 27-year-old rescue horse—a big black Percheron who still gets spoiled every day. Somehow, I’ve also become the unofficial caretaker of my neighbor’s chickens… they run to my house every morning like they belong here.

This shop comes from a lifetime of moments like that.

For more than 20 years, I held onto pet-themed ideas, waiting for the right time to bring them to life. I’ve always wanted to create something artistic—something fun and expressive for people who love their pets as much as I do. When I discovered new ways to create designs, everything finally clicked, and Paw Tee Shop became real.

Every design you see here is made with care, patience, and a lot of personality. I take my time to get the details right—making sure the artwork is sharp, colorful, and full of life. You’ll notice a playful theme throughout my work, especially around “the paw”—whether it’s a clever twist on words or designs that capture those little paw-driven moments every pet owner knows so well.

I also believe that if something is worth making, it’s worth making well. That’s why I use high-quality materials and printing methods that not only look good but feel good and last. Many of my designs are bold and larger than usual, because I want them to stand out and truly be seen.

Paw Tee Shop isn’t just about t-shirts. It’s about celebrating the joy, humor, and chaos that pets bring into our lives.

This isn’t something I rushed into—it’s something I’ve been becoming my whole life.

And if you love animals the way I do, you’re in the right place.
